The Dolphins are a parent led and operated swim team. We count on our parents to be actively involved with planning, and operating of practices and meets. We hire a coaching staff to work with the kids and the parents do the rest.

With more than 200 swimmers, the Dolphins have plenty of parents to spread the work. If each family does a little, no one does a lot.
